About the Event
Looking for a new fitness class or have always wanted to try PiYo? Now's your chance! PiYo is a mix of yoga and pilates and it's designed to increase flexibility, stability and strength. Join us in the Cafe for a free class with instructor, Melyssa Allen. All levels are welcome and you can grab a pint of your favorite brew after the class!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, small towel, water bottle, and tennis shoes.
